Your total gross household income is less than £31,000 per annum.
A member of the household has been identified by their doctor or health care professional as vulnerable, with an occupant whose health conditions may be impacted further by living in a cold home. These health conditions may be cardiovascular, respiratory, immunosuppressed or limited mobility related. (Signed NHS referral letter MUST be provided)
Alternatively, you may qualify if a member of your household is in receipt of one of the following means-tested benefits:
